My experience was professional and punctual. They brought me back in a timely manner and were kind. Their COVID-19 procedures were also effective, not offputting.

They asked me to arrive 15 minutes earlier, call from the parking lot to let them know that I was here, so they can control the number of patients in the waiting room.. I followed all the instructions and they kept me waiting 40 minutes. I understand it’s COVID, but we all have other appointments and commitments and I find it disrespectful when you arrive on time and have to wait this long for an ultrasound that you already nervous about.. Giving extra stars because the staff was extremely nice to me and apologized for the delay.

Imelda was super friendly & helpful over the phone today! She helped me schedule my anatomy ultrasound that I had been trying to schedule with my OB Clinic for the longest! Thanks so much Imelda!!!

If I could give them a no star I would! I am beyond irritated and mad, my doctors appointment was today at 2:00pm I didn’t get seen until maybe 3:30 after getting my ultrasound and test done by the nurse I waited for the doctor to come see me for an hour and she never came, I ended up leaving due to me having to go to work at 5:00pm I am so disappointed

This place is outrageously expensive! Went for a standard 20 week anatomy scan. Was with the tech for 20 minutes and the doctor for 10 minutes. Cash price is 1080! Negotiated insurance price was over 700. With the insurance, that is a 1400/hour rate!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Find somewhere else.
