I have worked in templemoyle for 14 years the staff are all kind and take care of the residents and there needs well cared for and residents are well catered for and we always accommodate there needs best we can it's a pleasure too work in this home my granny was also in this home for 2 years until she passed way and loved it and all the family where so happy with the care that was provided and they just wanted too thank the staff and management for all they did in there for her

Hello would love to say a big thank you to jeya and all the staff in templmoyle for how the looked after our dad for last year of his life. I never seen staff that are so dedicated to the people they look after they were absolutely wonderful. They are friendly and very professional all well led by a very kind and friendly manager jeya , dad loved it so much he actually told me and my wife one time I love it here I wish I had moved in sooner than I did. Everyday we saw him he had such a smile it was wonderful to see . We were always met with a smile by every staff member there offering a friendly cuppa so again thank you all I can never repay you all for helping Noel Edmund Quigley

Staff very rude my granda is staying there they serve him cold food no respect towards him at all. Can’t wait to get him out of there would not recommend at all.

My father has been in Templemoyle for almost a year. I visit four or five times a week and am very impressed with the care he receives. The care staff, ancillary staff, office staff and nurses have taken the time to get to know my father as an individual. This means they tailor their care to his individual needs. The staff are all very approachable and open and show great patience and understanding when dealing with my father. I have also seen them dealing with other residents in the same way. When I visit I am treated with great respect and kept up to date with all issues relating to my father’s care, indeed I am always made very welcome. While the building is old, it is maintained to a very high standard and kept very clean. The food provided is very well prepared and varied. I would like to thank the Manager and all the staff for treating my father with great dignity and respect in his later years.
