I CAN NOT recommend this brand at all, actually if any piece of advice it would be to keep far from it. Need support for a external hard drive malfunction. Went to Seagate website and follow the information. Surprise, surprise... telephone number provided does not complete the call. Option to fill up form to ask for a phone call you wait until you're dead. Even facebook message option one get no reply. Complete disrespectful to consumers.
