I bought an engagement ring here just before Christmas and as I walked in I did not have a clue what I wanted. Eileen was a fantastic help, she gave me great advice and information throughout the entire process. She was extremely pleasant and patient and made it very easy to choose. Would definitely recommend going here if considering to buy an engagement ring.

Two years ago we got engaged and went to Lunns, Derry. We had the most amazing experience with Hannah and she looked after us so well. When we picked our date for the wedding there was nowhere else we would go. Such a professional, helpful and friendly service. Would highly recommend! Despite Covid, we went ahead with our big day and here are some of the photos to show the fabulous rings we got.

Amazing service. I was planning to buy a watch as a gift, we arrived and Eileen greeted us at the door, couldn’t do enough to help us looking at watches and was so knowledgeable about all the watches (and other jewellery as we were chatting). Eileen was so understanding when we struggling to make a decision on which watch and put no pressure on us to purchase anything. She gave us all the info we needed and her contact details so that she could answer any more questions and let us take photos of the watches on his arm. When I returned to purchase the watch we had decided on Eileen and the other staff were again so lovely and the whole experience couldn’t be faulted.

We went to Lunns on Monday for our engagement ring and we were looked after by Eileen, who made our special occasion even better! On arrival, we were offered champagne or coffees, we were reassured about the sanitation of the jewellery, and feel very safe throughout our visit! Eileen showed us a number of beautiful rings, and provided us with information and reassurance about the craftsmanship and diamond that we were purchasing! It was an amazing experience, and we were lucky enough to find my forever ring! Eileen made us feel very special and all the staff congratulated us on our engagement! The presentation of the ring was outstanding, and we even received a framed picture of us which will forever remind us of our special day! Thank you to Eileen and all the staff for your outstanding service, and we will see you all again when it’s time for our wedding bands :)

We went here to Lunne's in Shipquay Street in L/derry to get my engagement ring and I really can't recommend Lunn's jewellers highly enough, from the moment you walk in you are made so welcome and made feel so special. The way the staff treat you is second to none. We had Hannah that works there dealing with us and she's such a lovely girl and knows her stuff and goes out of her way to really help. The other staff in there bought us coffee with delicious cupcakes. Can't wait to get back when we have decided a date for our wedding to buy our wedding rings.
