Click & Collect review Waiting 30 min in freezing cold w/ car boot open because I was told my order was being organised, when it wasn't. The Details: - arrival notification link through receipt email did not work on 2 devices. - parents who were in store at the time, asked the person manning the front door with the clipboard. He confirmed he would organize it. - order details were taken down by him on his clipboard, including sensitive card details, in pen, onto a sheet of paper. - was informed i would be looked after shortly & opened the car boot as instructed. - Sat for 30 minutes (5:20-5:50pm) in collection bay 1, right in front of the door, before checking to see what the problem with the order was & discovered it was not put through. The person manning the door who took down my order details & card details was nowhere to be seen. - Click&collect staff check the system & nothing was put in. Realizing the mistake was on the company's part, started organizing my order as they were due to close, fair play, and apologized when the order was brought to the car shortly after 6pm Saturday. - young lad worked until after 6pm even when most other staff seemed to finish at 6, to ensure I received everything. I hope he gets paid for working late if this was the case. - I would like to know why the person on the door recorded my order details, including some card details, in pen and didn't put them straight into their system, which surely exists so 1. Sensitive info is not taken down in such a way & 2. People waiting for collection aren't forgotten about. - I will not be using Click&Collect again. TBD whether or not I'll be shopping with Curry's PC World again.

It was so good to be able to go into Currys at Crescent Link, Derry and talk to Chloe, she ordered my phone and was so helpful. Much better than coping with the complexities of online shopping. Keeps the High Street staff employed and the shops open.

Currys are useless. I ordered a gift form my daughter for Christmas which we wasnt compatible. Now they won't accept a return. If you need to return anything there customer service is non existentant. Amazon is way better. No hassle at all.

Very surprised. In and out 15 mins. Well organised. Guy at door takes your needs an then organises someone to deal with your request.
