Our story with our little miracle son, who has just turned one, is a truly very happy success story. The Zita West Clinic plays a crucial role in it; in combination with others. Only for them and their discovery of my immune issues and the appropriate immediate action, we are where we are: with our little son! They are excellent and very efficient in all aspects related to IVF. Dr George, Anita and the nurse team with their dedication, competence, social and interpersonal skills and readiness to help in every way, gave us so much needed hope, clarity and guidance in this journey. After so so many many years of losses and hardship all really seemed lost and failed. This clinic however, was so positive and put us on the right path and recommended us where needed, as well as guided us through all treatments with so much passion, advice and a genuine interest in their patients. They listen, tailor to the needs of their patients, get back to you very quickly and explain very clearly, as it can be so much information and medication in this experience. We turned to Zita West after a few extremely hard and devastating years of IVF elsewhere and would highly recommend this clinic. They were friendly, extremely professional and gave us hope at a time where we had nowhere to turn. They took a very personal approach and looked into our individual needs rather then a 1 size fits all which we were used to. As I write this review, my 16 week baby girl is asleep in my arms and we could not be more grateful to the fantastic fertility experts Dr Simone Rofena and Dr George Ndukwe for making all of our dreams come true. We also received fantastic care and treatment from the whole team at the clinic who all helped to create our little miracle. Thank you! X
In our experience it is the best clinic to go for an IVF treatment, they are experts and their holistic approach to infertility give you the best chances to get pregnant, we are very grateful to all the staff who was so helpful and supportive and because that we have our sweet little boy today.
Very bad experience. We had a \kick-off\ meeting for which this clinic charges 250. The doctor was 45min late and there was no notification about it. Both me and my partner moved our work around this appointment. The response from the doctor was apologetic yet he said there is nothing he could do about it. He was indifferent when we said we no longer want to work with this clinic.
Amazing team I cannot recommend highly enough.
