Excellent customer service. Ordered products for the first time, one pump was damaged on arrival but was replaced super speedy. Just started using the products so will post again once have used for a while. That said, lovely smell on all products and texture. Really looking forward to using the products.

So happy with my haircut and style with Ravi for the second time. I wasn’t happy last time I went with another stylist but they wouldn’t disappoint me and make me fill happy and satisfy with redoing my haircut and offer a great, relaxing treatment. They don’t waste my time.
I have been coming to Windle for many years and cannot praise my stylist Mia highly enough. Apart from being an amazing cutter, she always takes so much care and attention in consultation about your hair and has seen me through a variety of styles over the years, long to short to long again, always keeping it fresh and having the knack of getting exactly what I have in mind and bringing it to life. She is highly professional and lovely to be around, making her clients feel immediately relaxed that they are in safe and highly skilled hands.
I’ve been waiting to write a review about this place for ages! It’s brilliant! Especially Denis on the reception who makes you feel so welcome and warm when entering the salon, especially during these horrible times. He is also amazing at explaining the new rules and steps due to the corona virus outbreak, which also highlight the salons up keep with hygiene standards. Always look forward to going back and getting a good quality hair cut. Hair smells amazing and the cut is always lovely. I’ve ordered some shampoo and conditioner from Windle thanks to the amazing samples.
I had the best hair experience at Windle and Moodie. I was so spoiled! I was offered coffee/tea, super relaxing shampoo/head massage, amazing hairdresser (I highly recommend Lisa, she took the time to ask me what I wanted and she was so friendly and talented) and a great new haircut!
