Thank you to Jemma and Andy the crew that took me to Whipps Cross Last night from.Caterham high school after having a fall playing badminton They were so kind and their duty of care was excellent Made me comfortable and reassured me I wasnt wasting their valuable time They put up with so much abusive and pressure in their job but made me feel I was important and took great care of me and my worried husband Thank you both.so much

Parking at a premium at this exclusive station. Staff work hard to please the ungrateful. Tea and extensive snack selection available at a small monthly price. Could do with a face lift and looks a little drab with large messroom resembling Beirut at times if the cleaner hasn't been. Not 5 stars due to lack of staff being available making it difficult to obtain a good table. Sometimes noisy when staff are around, but good bantering is always available.
