Friendly, helpful, and professional service from start to finish. I was overwhelmed and stressed by trying to chose the right place for my loved one, and didn't really know what we were looking for, or where to even start. They listened to our circumstances, were mega patient and understanding, gave us the pros and cons of several different options that would meet our needs, and managed the whole admission process so we didn't have to speak to multiple people. Called seeking advice for my daughter’s drug issues. Gave me directions on how to help her and understand why she takes them. An amazing service and should be the first point of call for anyone needing addiction advice. The person on the phone even called back the next day to see how she was doing and gave me various support group numbers and websites. Very thankful.
