I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Ash 6 months ago and after being looked after not just during the purchase but also on the after care I was shocked on how dedicated he was in making sure I was happy I decided to purchase my second car today from Nissan Mill Hill and luckily Ash was there through out and helped me pick out my second car! Ash and Wasim this time round were so professional whilst at the same time taking into consideration what I needed and helped me pick out the perfect near new Micra. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated as a customer and not just another number to their tally charts. Lovely people had my car serviced and spoke to Aysha about changing car. Service team are lovely and the manager ash came to see if we were OK. Now have to choose colour.
Very pleasant welcoming staff team. Currently providing as safe an environment as possible for clients and staff. I told them about the items I wanted them to look at whilst having service and MOT. This they did, they contacted me several times to discuss the price of these jobs and whether I wanted to proceed. They also brought a couple of small items to my attention which weren't strictly necessary now but would need doing in the near future. This is the second time I have been here with this team and again I came away a satisfied customer. No unecessary jobs are pushed on you and everything is explained carefully.
Have been coming to this dealership to charge my Nissan Leaf. What excellent service from Mohammed Ashraf. The premises and facilities are brilliant and also really helpful staff especially Faisal who is going to sell me my new car. I have been to a lot of Nissan showrooms but this is far the best.
