I was unable to understand the answerphone message with so many extensions . Perhaps this could be checked. Would be great for everyone to simply the message or even put those extension on google - will help us all

Yes sometimes it took a while to answer but once I got through I always found everyone very helpful and everything I requested was dealt with immediately
The staff were brilliant in helping us expedite the issuing of the death certificate. Thank you so much. I'm not sure why so many 1 stars but in our case Ealing Hospital were wrongly blaming the Coroner for the delay. Keep up the good work.
