I moved to this GP from a another local GP in the area during a critical health issue I had and I am so glad I moved! I was recommended this practice by word of mouth and fortunately it was the right decision. The difference in GP from my previous one is chalk and cheese; staff, doctors and overall operation of the practice is amazing and so efficient in comparison. There is better medical knowledge, more compassion and willingness to help from staff and doctors here and that’s what makes the difference by a mile. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

It's hard to overstate just how much this surgery has improved over the last few years. The reception staff and the GPs get five stars from me. I feel that all concerns are fully addressed and the staff really care about doing the best they can. Very thorough and professional and not so difficult to get appointments these days.

This Medical centre is excellent. The doctors are exceptional. They supported me as a carer when I had both parents living with me. The doctors explained everything clearly and helped me to feel in control. Sadly, both parents passed away but throughout, the doctors, nurses and reception staff were like angels supporting both my parents and myself to the end. During that time I got MRSA and bowel cancer. No words can express my gratitude for their professionalism, expertise and responding quickly when required. I am pleased to say I recovered from MRSA and am recovering steadily from bowel cancer. I have West Hampstead Medical Centre to thank for supporting me throughout and giving me my life back
