Lovely old building in upscale area, great location. Nice staff who might help you with chewing gum in their mouth or patronizing tone.
Ventilation is not very good here, and noise makes it difficult to focus.

As other users point out, this library is full of noise. Some of the staff love chatting in loud voice, they do not seem to understand that they are working at library.
