From the moment I filled in the online form for a test ride, Josh made this such a great experience. Went above and beyond to make sure I got a better deal on my finance. Ended up coming in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule! I was in such a rush to catch an important meeting & Josh steamed through the final hurdle at a record pace to make sure it went smoothly. Even followed up with an e-mail straight after to double check I didn't miss any information about the bike in the whirlwind of it all! Thanks very much JB!

I walked yesterday into a Harley Davidson store for the first time ever. The emotions were like the first meeting with a girl in adolescence. Thanks to the professionalism of Bruno and his colleague who introduced me and helped me better understand this beautiful world of Harley, the emotions slowly began to decrease. I thank them once again for the patience they have given me and I hope to see you again. This store is the oldest, and I think one of the most beautiful in Europe. Congratulations! \I will be back!
