We celebrated a friend's surprise 40th birthday at VUK on 6th September. The decor was great, the food was nice and Delano was very helpful. We had an amazing time, Delano even helped to ensure that the celebrant was truly surprised. I would recommend VUK Banqueting suite for events again and again. Fola @ Chiswick.

Beyond appalling service. Me and my fiancée were very keen on using their facilities for our wedding reception. However as a result of the following would no bother nor recommend 1.We first made contact with Goran via WhatsApp. We sent a messge expressing our interest and could we come for a viewing. The response was pretty blunt 'ok'. No when would you like to visit etc.... 2.I then had to suggest a time and date which took the individual 2 days to reply back with another 'ok'..... 3.Date was confirmed... At this point not once had the person introduced themselves to me. I had to ask for there name. And even after given it didn't ask of mine or my fiancée - so much for customer service and wanting customers. 4.The date before the viewing I text again to confirm the date and time. And also added that my finacee would call him directly on the day to confirm. 4.The day came, we both planned on going from work. Called over 5 times an hour before the time scheduled to attend. Until now we have not had a response atol!! I wouldn't waste my money or time on these people, place make look ok online but if this is how they treat their customers at the early enquire stages theres no way I would want this people organising my wedding.
Had been to a blood donation session here. Decent size hall. All went to plan.
It's nice place for events in Chiswick area but problems arise once it rains the grounds get muddy! The facilities within are good but could be better
