They will never send you a confirmation email after you book and pay!!! Also, they’ll charge you for requesting a refund and they’ll not even refund you. i made the biggest mistake in my life, so never book with this useless company.

I was worry when I read my reservation because my DOB was wrong. I thought I would be trouble when I get airport. So I try to chat about that with Andy. Andy helped me and guaranteed It is not problem. I calmed down when I heard that .

Refuse to refund my flights in full from march. Taking to court.. Do not use under any circumstance. They agreed to the refund within 12 weeks. didn't come. No communications.. Chased up and they then claim airline would't refund. They then offer 1/4th refund. But offer to make a appeal for you that will take weeks. Appeal never comes back to you until you chase and chase. And they offer no proof of appeal just claim again airline refuses refund. DO NOT USE.....

Voliamo are scamming customers. They will tell you that your flights have been changed and then force you to pay extra for a similar flight to the one you booked in the first place. We have contacted airlines and have been informed that flights should be changed at no cost if there have been alterations made to the booking (none of which is the customer’s fault). In short, avoid booking with Voliamo at all costs—go through the airline directly.
