Vitality bay has now become my 2nd Home . I am a regular customer at this restaurant and most of the times I even go twice a day to get my breakfast and lunch. Their service gets better day to day and every time I go there they offer me drinks. Their food is also amazing(especially the eat me bowl and wings)! Sometimes it might take extra minutes for my food to get ready but it's worth the wait!! Thanks for your service. Keep up the great work!

best vegan cakes iv ever had. best vegan pizza. best service even delivery was great came quick and reliable food tasted amazing and was hot. ordered through there app was quick and easy great choice and i can see how they going to be doing loads of products for delivery as well so we can order all our shopping and dinner and have it delivered at the same time! its amazing as me and my partner work full time and going shopping now is a nightmare and its saves us so much time. great to have you near us thank you
I have been a regular at this cafe for the last few months and generally agree with most of the positive reviews here regarding the food. The reason I have given 3 stars and not 5 stars is because of the service which runs at a snails pace sometimes. The staff are really pleasant but the owner really needs to get them moving into a higher gear and be a bit more dynamic. Ordering anything can take an eternity, food often appears without utensils like the other day when the bowls of porridge were brought to the table and we had to request spoons. The server seemed taken aback and had to go get the spoons whist we waited to eat. No condiments are on the tables so if you want salt or pepper you need to request these. Very often there is just one girl serving, who also makes the coffees and fresh juices. Since these take time to make, if there are 2 or more tables occupied you can be waiting ages to place an order or just ask for something. There have been a couple of occasions were we have nearly walked out due to the slow service and trust me it can be excruciatingly slow sometimes. If they can sort this issue out then in my view its appeal will vastly improve. By the way i have only ever been inside the cafe when it is quiet with no more than one or two additional tables occupied when i have been there. I dread to think how they cope when it is really busy!
Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and healthy innovative food.
