One of the better maintained train station in London. Still surprisingly packed in covid-era during early mornings but quiet in the evenings

This station is pretty huge, many things to buy for entertainment, refreshments and travelling. It's always busy but not in a bad way, people are just passing through until their destinations. Staff were helpful when we asked for help. Nice.
Brilliant. I was happy last time to be there. It brings me lots of good memories since I firstly cane to London. The coffee shops were open and the staff all around is friendly. There is always an open Info Point if you have questions where to go or at what platform you shall wait. The station is huge, so a good knowledge of English always helps. Also, spatial orientation is a plus. The restrooms are clean and open to the public. There is a free entrance to the restrooms.
Hand sanitiser around the train station release too little product to be effective. Otherwise nice station but very annoying tannoy - so echoey and repetitive.
I use Victoria Station regularly for travel and have always found it very good for facilities. Good selection of shops, self service ticketing machines to save time, excellent signage, large highly visible departure board. This grand old building has stood for over 150 years and still looks magnificent. I especially like the wooden roof on Terminus Place, opposite Buckingham Palace Road
