Since joining Urban Kings I can wholeheartedly say I’ve found a home to hone my skills, build a strong foundation and grow as an athlete and even a person - the community and diversity within the gym is unique and refreshing. Since I first walked through the doors I was met with warmth and encouragement. So far I’ve met Luis, Maruisz, Cherrelle, Veronique, Carmen, Shaheena Bombril, Jurgen, Ealia, Josh, Yuseff and Sammy. And this isn’t even all of the staff I have to look forward to. Most importantly for me though, I have felt a level of understanding, experience and expertise surrounding the gym. I feel in such good hands that will take me beyond my current capabilities and revealed my true potential. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.

Urban Kings Gym is a high end focussed gym that specialises in several martial arts, boxing, pilates, spin, kettlebells and conditioning classes. The instructors are all first rate and highly qualified professionals who pretty much know everything there is to know about fitness. The gym is a tardis! The basement houses a weights area, boxing ring, a huge area for classes. Amazingly friendly and results oriented, whether you are looking to start the gym for the first time or an advanced professional, you'll achieve great results here. They've kept me going for years!
I was recently able to spend six weeks in London, and I made Urban Kings my second home during that time. Training several times a day gave me the opportunity to really form an impression of the top-notch facility, the instructors, and the management and staff. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. They have adapted professionally to the challenges of the COVID world and were very enthusiastic about members' safety. Despite the handicaps that the pandemic has caused, the instructors at Urban Kings (I'm looking at you, Josh and Mariusz and Cherrelle), were able to find ways to train us effectively and provide personal attention without ever violating the standards of safety that have become so important. Their facility is absolutely high-class, with top end equipment and an incredible suite of weights, self-propelled treadmills, a Rogue Echo Bike (my favorite variant on the Airdyne), and of course their boxing ring and bag space. They offer a variety of fitness classes, but make no mistake - Urban Kings is, at its heart, a fight gym. The classes are technically challenging and physically demanding, but the instructors are quite happy to meet you where you are -- and help you evolve. I'm really going to miss you guys.
Best investment of my life. Love the atmosphere and the people. Staff treat you like family and the coaches are super friendly.
I've been coming to Urban Kings for a while now and like many other it's become my second home. I originally came just to learn muay thai and get fit but stayed because of the excellent location, extensive timetable, and friendly people I've met on my martial arts journey.
