I have been going to Claire Smiths for colonic irrigation for about 10 years. Claire is professional and relaxed which is just what is needed for the first session. She constantly monitors to procedure which is reassuring and often doesn't happen in other clinics. The procedure is not painful at all and afterwards you often feel full of energy. Claire is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of gut health and you can learn a lot while lying there. Very enlightening. I have since left the area and Claire advised me on the type of colonic that is recommended, I am struggling to find anything as professional, and relaxed. Don't think too long, just go for it, you won't regret it.

II have been a client at Ashlins for many years . I would and have highly recommended Clare , I know some people are a bit nervous of the idea of a colonic , but I have never looked back . I am a keen runner and tend to have a colonic before a big run it reduces bloating and wind and makes my run more manageable .. I also find my energy levels increases as I don’t feel as sluggish . The treatment room is bright and very clean , Clare always makes me feel relaxed , comfortable , and I cannot recommend her highly enough .
