Great pet shop, but disappointed to have been told off by a customer. Small note on door says 3 people max (there was 1 person in the store). So my wife and I entered, but then a customer told us off not reading the sign. We had to tell the customer, who thought she knew better, what the rules on the door said. Thank you to the lovely lady serving for telling this customer that she had the information wrong. My only suggestion is that you will need a second person at the door to control people entering to be able to enforce 3 people max as you cannot see who’s around the corner. Good luck with the business whilst max customers in a shop continues.
