I wanted some specific postal box with a hinged lid. I needed a bespoke size and ordered what I thought was the box I wanted but to my spec. Please be aware on the box calculator, its a normal box and not what you think you're getting, even though the box calculator is on every page, so you assume that its the box that you get. Wrong. Its a bog standard box. This is extremely misleading. Others in the office thought exactly what I thought..... it was a bespoke size of the box page you were on - UK Packaging - a note - if its a bog standard box but bespoke size, put it under the bespoke section, do not put the bespoke calculator on every page. Its misleading! I ordered on 8th Oct and invoice said 7-10 working days. Despite repeatedly chasing , getting \The board is out of stock\, etc - kinda thought someone might have called, rather than keeping me in the dark and having to repeatedly chase where my box was, the wrong box finally got delivered on 9th November, leaving me no time to get what I really wanted produced elsewhere. I/we will certainly never use this company again.

Placed an order over the phone and asked for a receipt. Support email a scan of a till stub Have emailed three times asking for a vat receipt but they never replied
This company has supplied my packaging for nearly 10 years but this week they have let me down massively! placed and paid for an order on the Wednesday 16th October and was told delivery would be Friday 19th, the order didn't arrived so emailed the company on the 19th, they replied on the Monday saying that they couldn't deliver until 23rd. This big company just doesn't care!
