I am keen to contact anyone (Janette) that has experienced this scam. My other half went through exactly the same, paid an amount of money and never heard anything and has tried to contact to no avail. Is this company still trading? The scary thing is we found their contact details on an Amazon offer?! J.

I went for consultation to London transplant Hair Clinic last September 2012 basically I was happy with consultation and everything left half of deposit paid in full 2 weeks prior the surgery. Never had a call or email tried to contact them never answer or refuse to talk to me I went personally in London (travelled 3 hrs ) Zak was not in there Faz refused to see me and then he went off from back door. tried too many times but with no result so I open a case in court but still haven't received my refund ? 2000. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERY BUT I SWEAR THEY WONT GO AWAY WITH IT!!! please anyone had similar situation contact me. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They have many court cases against them, including one that I have put in. They are operating without trained surgeons, relying on doctors and technicians instead. They lied to me and told me I was having a particular surgeon then I found out he wasn't even working at the practice. They own me a lot of money, I am currently fighting for it back. Stay clear at all costs!
