I bought a shirt and I couldn't try it on because there we're no fitting rooms due to covid, was told i could simply return it if i didn't want it, went back and now they're only offering me store credit. Even though the shirt had a stain on it and was too big for me, will not shop here again.

Good shop but recommend coming when they have a sale because otherwise you might pay too much for items that are originally high street shops.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BRANCH! While shopping I asked a woman working behind the counter a price and size of an item as it wasn’t labelled. She then told me I was rude! Then I was attacked by her and the BOUNCER they have working there as security! I had to pull out my camera and video them for such horrible treatment. I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENCE AT ANY TRAID STORE AGAIN! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT TO PEOPLE
