I had the stir fried pork in black bean sauce. It was well cooked but I personally did not like it. Attentive servers, relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
Trader Vic's is on the basement of Hilton. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with lots of ethnic elements, I believe polynesian. The food is alright. Quite good but not exceptional. The table service on the other hand is great! The cocktails menu was also OK. There is loud music and a live band and personally this was a bit too loud to allow for an easy table discussion.
Delicious food and amazing staff! Fish was just perfect with a smoky flavour. Mai tai no1 ! You all need to try this food and drinks!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dishes were tasty and freshly prepared. Would definately recommend and would visit again.
