If I could give zero, I would. I had a cracked screen so took my phone to get repaired (my phone was fully functional despite the cracked screen) and they totally messed with the calibrations on my phone to the point that I was not even able to swipe to answer a phone call. Terrible customer service. Had to go and take it to another shop to get it fixed as they refused to redo it. They take your money and run. Don't waste your time going here.

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible service. Screen replacement didn’t last & he took it apart without telling me what he would be doing. Ended up making it worse, told me he didn’t have to tell me beforehand that there is a chance it could be worse when he takes it apart & that I should have asked! He left me with a phone I couldn’t use. Also told me I must not understand English! Clearly this man knows nothing about customer service, courtesy and trading standards. Lady that works with him is very nice, calm and understanding though. Don’t be fooled by the fact this man has a proper shop - there are other smaller stalls in Edmonton Green that provide a more honest service! Don’t waste your time like he told me I was wasting his.

Beware of the witch looking self proclaimed “phone technician” And I’m talking about the staff member who sits behind the boarded table doing his dodgy business with customer’s devices. Customer’s Protection Law doesn’t apply in this store, they have sabotaged my phone. Stole my camera and claiming it was no longer working because it was old, when really it was working perfectly fine beforehand. They don’t provide proper receipt and I had to ask for one myself since they know they’re breaking the law.

I do not recommend this bs at all, the services they provide are definitely made in China! Cheap quality screens repair and will actually make your phone worse. Scandalous
