I visited Tracy following years of suffering from unrelenting breakouts on my skin. Since following her recommendations on what I should cut out and introduce in my diet my complexion has cleared up drastically. I'd even say that it's glowing!

I have suffered from arthritis for years and been on one anti-inflammatory after another. Tracy has helped me to take a good look at what foods I'm putting into my body and understand the effect they have. My symptoms have improved in less than a month and I'm not taking any medication anymore so feeling positive about the future.
Training for a marathon and visited Tracy for some nutrition planning advice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Beautifully clean and professional consulting room. Definitely recommend.
I suffer from a gut condition, stemming from a trip to India 7 years ago and wanted to get my diet right as medication had not helped. Tracy was a word of mouth recommendation and I'm so glad I found her as I have completely revised what I eat and have never felt better. You really are what you eat!
