Found Tools4trade through a Google search for a particular tool. Requested delivery information before making purchase. Was happy with info supplied and went ahead with purchase. 2 weeks later still not contact or sign of the item. So I gave them a quick call. They could not seem to find the order they then decided to try and charge me 10 times the already paid delivery charge. The website said the delivery charge was 15 and also customer service confirmed it. But all of a sudden they said delivery charge is 150. They are an absolute disgraceful company. The management and customer service team are unprofessional and uneducated. All they did was offer me a refund after holding my 584 for 2 weeks while I waited for the items to arrive. There is a great choice of power tool companies out there. Avoid this one by all means.

Purchased a Dewalt SDS before Xmas. Turned up with fast delivery. Straight away the Drill kept snapping my SDS bits. I notified the company, got palmed off an had to ring 3 times as well as Email a complaint. I was then told to contact Dewalt as that was where the warranty was held. Dewalt told me to contact a local dealer which it miles away from my house, they are also not operating properly because of COVID. I’m now left with a dodgy drill & 400 out of pocket & no further forward because of lockdown. I won’t be using Tools4Trade again. I’d rather spend 10 more an buy with a company that has great customer services. T4T should of taken this drill back and supplied me with a new one
Ordered Saturday night, delivered Tuesday, excellent service. I emailed as I hadn't received a confirmation order, got quick response & excellent customer service. Combination ladders very sturdy & good price compared to the larger DIY shops. Would recommend products & service. Thank you
What a shame I cannot leave 0 stars. Awful company, I ordered a ladder which did not arrive. I can't say that this was Tools4Trade's fault as it was the delivery company who messed up. But then came the opportunity for Tools4trade to help me by raising a case. They did not I called and asked to speak to the manager refused, then asked for the owners details refused, told me to just ring the police if I had an issue guess what.... The guy I was talking to was Raj the owner what a horrible unhelpful liar. No way to keep any business running, fortunately for me PayPal agreed with me and I got a full refund, even his employees agreed with me but Raj didn't care he just wanted the money and no customer care.
