My wife and I love going to the Women’s Wellness Centre. We receive first rate care from the best professionals. Appointments run on-time and payment systems are seamless meaning that we can quickly be in and out, without losing much of our day. We have been right through the pregnancy journey with the centre including consultations, scans and bloods, as well as enjoying other ongoing services. I’m even proud, as a man, to say that I am a customer of the “Women’s” Wellness Centre, since I took a Covid antibody test there. As a husband I know my wife receives exceptional care and this always makes me feel reassured. We will be back many more times in the years ahead.

As a first time mum, I felt truly blessed to have had the Women’s Wellness Centre by my side during my pregnancy journey. Whenever I entered the building, there was always such a warm welcome by the reception staff, and Leila the centre manager. The care was brilliant every step of the way, all thanks to an outstanding team, including the lovely nurse Junell and the sonographers, and my wonderful obstetrician Ms Ayida, who managed my care with a true warmth, expertise and gusto. It was great to have all parts of my pregnancy care under one roof.

My experience with this practice in general and one of the doctors has been below expectations and I am sorry to say that I will never go back to this practice. I had to wait one month and chase to have the refund of my deposit (as this was insurance funded). In order to get the visit report from doctor Kyrgiou and scan image from the centre I had to wait (and chase) for almost two months from the visit. The practice and Doctor Kyrgiou showed sheer disrespect and lack of care for patient. During the gynecological visit doctor Kyrgiou let admin people enter to help her to sort pc issues causing the utmost embarrassment while I was in the middle of the visit. Avoid as much as possible.

Terrible experience because of the reception staff and irresponsible doctor. 30 min after my appointment time, I’m still in the waiting room and told that the reception will check what’s the hold up as I’m the first one in the queue. Total 40min wait, I find out that the doctor is not even here. She is 10min away but also close and looking for parking. Zero transparency. Should have been told right away that they can’t get hold of the doctor and that there will be a massive delay.... also what doctor is so late and doesn’t answer their phone but walks in 50min late with a frozen latte in her hand....Maria Kyrgiou is. Nice lady but not punctual and a bit too much chit chat.
