I got a 50 minute facial with a free ten minute consultation, and it was absolutely amazing. Yamina did an excellent job with the facial and I left feeling very refreshed. My skin is super soft and she gave me very helpful tips as well. The whole process from start to finish was superb!

Unethical clinic. I booked in via email and confirmed by phone. By the time the appointment came, I asked to reschedule and was a little shocked to find I was not booked in their system. I put this down to an admin error. On the day of the appointment, it quickly turned into what retrospectively was a sale pitch for overpriced treatments, 4 times what other places charge (4000 for a peel). I had booked in for mesotherapy and in the end I was charged for far more than what I believe what agreed and applied. It’s completely wrong for an aesthetician to add on treatments before agreeing to both the treatment itself and the costs upfront with the customer. I got quite a shock at the front desk when presented with my bill and questioned what treatments I was being charged for, all with Dr Russo hovering round the corner listening in. When I raised this by email and complained to the team after the appointment I was lied to and told that xyz events happened before the treatment and charge, which was simply not the case.The email communication stopped at the owner telling me I should take it up with the doctor directly. To my shock, I was sent a reminder to come in for a follow up appointment despite 1. Asking to cancel it after the dispute 2. My complaint not being handled. I was not treated with honesty or integrity, I was grossly overcharged. I would obsoletely not recommend this establishment.
I am needle phobic but need help with antiageing over the last few years. i normally have my botox and fillers in LA, but haven't been able to travel because of the pandemic. I was getting desperate and on the advice of a few friends booked in with The Well in Notting Hill. I am so glad I went, the experience was so reassuring and I love the results, so much better than I've ever had before, and so gentle! I saw both female doctors, Dr Jaminson & Dr Kasraie, over the last 6 months for a mix of treatments from my usual botox & lip filler, to now plumping my cheeks and sorting our my dark circles. I also ventured into skin treatments, this clinic is big on skin health, and love the profhilo effect so much I will continue to have this in the future too. They aren't the cheapest but they definitely aren't the most expensive in London either. I do believe that you get what you pay for, and I wanted doctors not nurses or therapists, that are experienced, well qualified, and highly skilled, and that's what I got. The clinic is accommodating, and the fact the doctors work so similarly was great for me as my schedule didn't allow me to book in with the first doctor I saw. The other staff seem so friendly and helpful too, I will try out their other treatments they seem to offer everything I love and need. Thank you to all the team for looking after me so well and doing such an amazing job, but especially my doctors, I was so nervous but really had nothing to worry about, I would advise everyone in the area to trust their faces with these ladies, they are the best.
Great experience at Lazeo Clinic, I did eyelash extension and I was amazed by the result. Staff are warm and friendly, and the environment is cozy. Highly recommend ;)
