As an Ethiopian myself I can honestly say that the Queen of Sheba serve the most delicious, authentic Ethiopian food in London. The ambiance, the friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect place to show of my country’s vast variety of finger licking dishes...(literally) and the cherry on the cake is to be served freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee poured from traditional clay pot along with incense..... an experience to cherish.

Had an absolutely wonderful meal last night. We went for a combo of the vegetarian dishes, which were delicious and the perfect level of spice. In addition to the excellent food, beer & decor was the wonderful Ermias who was very attentive and generous with his hospitality, knowledge and family history. We really enjoyed the food so thank you to the chefs and it really adds to the experience to have such a great host too. To top it off the meal was very reasonably priced. See you again soon!

Very friendly, welcoming staff greet you at The Queen of Sheba. An authentic Ethiopian restaurant in the heart of Kentish Town. All the food is delicious, the Ethiopian bread takes a little bit of time to get used to and it's quite lemony in taste. The starters and main courses were delicious, choose from chicken, beef and lamb and so full of flavour. There are vegetarian options available too. You can choose from mild spicy to hot spicy. Most of our family had never eaten Ethiopian cuisine before so it wasn't to everyone's taste but regardless of that personally I would definitely go back again to try other dishes on the menu. Thank you to the staff being so helpful and welcoming answering any questions we had.

Outstanding food, cosy atmosphere, and the friendliest staff. By far my favourite Ethiopian restaurant in London. Excellent vegan options - don’t miss the Queen Special Vegetarian Platter.
