We used this venue last month when our charity needed somewhere to carry out a bit of recording prior to our online fundraising event. It was excellent, nice location, spacious and clean. The crew and artists felt relaxed in the space under the current circumstances. A number of us were keen to consider future alternative usage for the space. Good value for money.

The venue was perfect for my baby shower held in September 2020. It’s lovely for an intimate event, good location, free parking and importantly the communication with the manager/owner James was excellent. He responded to emails very timely and instructions for the use of the venue was very clear. Thanks again.

We held a First Aid class at The Living Room in September 2020 and it was brilliant. There was plenty of room for us to socially distance, even with multiple prams inside with us. There is a toilet on the ground floor, plenty of chairs and tables to set up as required, and lots of space. Booking with James was quick and easy, and he was so helpful and friendly. We booked for the evening which meant we got the keys remotely and let ourselves in and locked up afterwards - all went really smoothly, and James was on hand to help when we caused ourselves confusion! Cannot recommend The Living Room enough, and we’ve been trying to come up with excuses to book again! Update: We’ve used The Living Room for a second time now. It’s such a gem of a find, and we’ll keep coming back!

This venue is absolutely superb!!! We had my sister and her husband’s baby shower here and could not have asked for more. The venue was so versatile and all of our guests said how much they loved it. The hosts are wonderful and allowed me to pop by before hand to visit and see the space. There are lots of chairs, tables and all kinds of other amenities to use. It’s a fantastic blank canvas for any kind of event. They also have an incredible picture hanging system which we found very useful to hang some of our decorations. Will absolutely be returning for future parties. Top notch!

This place was very lovely to have an intimate dinner at. The communication between James and I was above par and he and his team made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be using this venue again.
