It is one of the few agencies that really care for their interpreters. They are very understandable and flexible. They always listen to you in case you need to cancel an assignment for a justified reason. No fees or charges for late attendance or late cancellation like other agencies. Interpreters should only work with agencies like this one so other companies that do not care about their interpreters will change their dodgy terms and maybe in a near future, interpreters can be more valued than they are nowadays.
