Absolutely fantastic. I was looking for something for my girlfriend and I found what I wanted on the website. I picked Karis which had the flowers I wanted. They were even better than the photo. I asked for colour and got just that. Sue let me know when they had been delivered and said she would send photos but my Helen had already bombarded me with pictures of the arrangement. She was so pleased. Thank you Sue.

Thoughtful and amazing service by sue. She managed to produce a beautiful spray of flowers in extremely short notice. I will always remember her kind and pleasant manner. Very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this service.
I couldn't be more pleased! I had to return to the states so I was unable to attend a dear friends father's funeral service today. I wanted to deliver an arrangement in a heart shape with colors related to his Irish ancestry.. As I had seen in a photo on Pinterest online. I hadn't been able to find a florist before I left so I did a search online for a florist not too far from the church to see if they could create what I wanted and deliver it for me. I was so fortunate to come across the Flower Lodge. They did the most amazing job! I emailed Susan examples of what I was wanting and she said with confidence that she could do it. When she sent me a photo of the completed arrangement i was simply blown away! It was exactly what I had wanted! She had it delivered in perfect time for the service and supplied a stand that displayed it beautifully that they placed at the entrance to the church. It meant so much to me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and fantastic customer service to first give the Flower Lodge a try.
I ordered flowers for my granddaughter, the flowers were beautiful, but the Customerservice was outstanding, the lady who delivered them had to go twice before she was home, she was so very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you, I will definitely use your florist again
