Always so nice and friendly on the phone when you have to call, and the doctors are genuinely caring.
Absolutely useless. Incapable of even the simplest tasks like dialing the correct number for a phone assessment. I provided evidence that no one called me. Was told over and over that I needed to pick up my phone when I had no missed calls from them (despite them claiming they left a voicemail... how? Where?) Never apologised and wasn't contacted re my assessment for 10 days and that was after I emailed nonstop. They didn't even bother to confirm my registration. I had to email them nearly a month after filling out my form and received a one sentence email with no apology. Never received a registration letter. Just now they left several of us outside for a solid 10mns because the buzzer wasn't working then scolded us once we got inside. Incompetent and rude staff idk how you can possibly be both. Pick a struggle.
The nurse was very pleasant and friendly, she gave great advise and followed up with some printed handouts.
