Seriously good for live music and atmosphere. All the staff are great and the food & drink is class. The pizzas are
First visit. Friendly service, nice decor and good drinks list. Food menu was a little limited, with 6 mains of which 2 were beef, 2 fish, and 2 veg. Also a burger and pizza menu. Ordered the beef burger and chicken burger. Beef one was ok but won't set the world alight. Chicken burger rather disappointing. Very thin, seemed like one thigh had be flattened and then fried. Could barely taste it in the bun. Overall disappointed and unlikely to return for food.
The Bedford is a lovely, lively pub and we really recommend it as an event space as well. We had our wedding here in 2020 when the guidance was constantly shifting, and Rory and Ethan and the team were so helpful and made sure it was still a wonderful day (even with limited guest numbers!) The service was great, as was the food, and Ethan helped us comply with the guidance but also enjoy the day itself. 10/10
