Dreadful! Zero stars. Do not pick up the phone do not believe they will refund my 3000 after at least 6 months like they emailed. You are the only airline to hide behind a bankruptcy court. If anyone wants to book a ticket with you now, I am sure the website is still trading and THAI will take your money and rip you off too! Very disappointed and bitter about THAI. Fly BA instead.

10 months and still no refund in sight, no one answers emails or phone calls. Disgusting behaviour by the company. Avoid this airline at all costs

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never picked up the phone. Staffs, unhelpful!!! Emailed but never responded Be careful when they offer the rate to you on the phone, they charged you higher price. When called back to clarify they are trying to ignore and said they will call back to explain but NEVER DID. Very very poor service. No sense of integrity here!!!
