My idea was to put some treadmill at home and I found Technogym! Amazing service and product. Customer care truly took care of my needs helping me in building the perfect gym for my place. Highly suggested if you're looking for the best machinery in the market with a design oriented look which will fit perfectly in any house contest

Dreadful customer service post-purchase - do not return emails and calls requesting service, engineers very expensive, always looking for excuses to fit very expensive new parts when the fault is only a broken wire. Equipment surprisingly unreliable given it's in a personal gym and lightly but regularly used, who knows what would happen in a pro gym

Poor service after delivery of equipment; slow in response from sales team - Specially senior sales which name I don’t wish to highlight here; we ordered several high range equipment and expect more for the money spent. Suggest if you look for professional equipment to check out hammer strength, egym, Johnson or misfit.
