Targeted Provision are an excellent agency. The best that I have worked for. They take safeguarding of both tutors and students extremely seriously and the individual needs of the student are at the core of what they do. I found that working as a freelancer for Targeted Provision was brilliant in terms of flexible working and juggling work with a young family. I could still teach but maintain a healthy work-life balance. I found all of the staff friendly, helpful and approachable and would recommend them to anyone looking for tutoring work!

I am a freelance tutor, teaching science/maths to GCSE. I am enjoy working with Targeted Provision because they set a high ethical standard and genuinely seek to provide the best possible standard of education and wellbeing for young people. TP invariably communicate effectively—even in difficult circumstances—and I feel comfortable exchanging emails and phone calls without any anxiety. TP manage safeguarding exceptionally well, and in a way that will ensure that every tutor will raise a concern should the necessity arise. Moreover, TP ensure that tutors access the highest quality on-line, CP training.
Targeted Provision could not be more helpful, they support tutors in every way from offering instant advice and help to creating forums for resource sharing. They respond to any issues instantly and always pay promptly. They encourage open and honest dialogue in order that we can with as a team and best support the young people we work with. They are always helpful and professional and offer lots of flexibility providing. I thoroughly recommend them, they are an excellent company to work for.
Targeted Provision are a professional, supportive and student focussed company. It is a pleasure to work for and with them. They have a huge amount of support and information available for tutors who require it and are always at the end of the phone or an email. As a freelancer I have worked for several agencies but Targeted Provision is the best as far as its encouraging and can-do attitude to educating some of these students who often get overlooked and need more support than the usual. I do not hesitate in recommending anyone who was thinking of working with this company to do so. They really are a great bunch of people.
Simply put, they are the most reliable and holistic tutoring agency out there. The systems they have in place to identify suitable tutors, provide support and record sessions, as well as dealing with payments, are fantastic. The team are experienced and understand the complexities of providing excellent support to vulnerable children.
