Waiting to hear back from this company This is not a professional end of tenancy clean, it’s a very very expensive wipe down of the areas easy to reach I expect to be refunded as today we are seeking alternative options

Great job done. Professional and thorough cleaning. Asked to focus on such and such in the appartment, which they gladely did. Not timed which makes them do every bit properly.
Terrible service. Toilet bowl not cleaned, washing machine tray and rim not cleaned, make up smudges on shelf in bedroom, bed not pulled out or cleaned behind, none of the wardrobes moved and cleaned behind, kitchen bin not cleaned, fresh splatters on wall behind bin not cleaned, skirting boards either side of radiator and underneath not cleaned, fridge handles sticky and not cleaned. When brought to attention of the cleaner, Mohammed, he proceed to wipe to rectify the issues with a tea towel wet with water. He was sulky and rude. I have emailed Target cleaning twice with my complaint and have not received so much as an acknowledgement. I've also noted how rudely they response to any negative reviews here so I'm fully expecting a defensive/rude response to this one...
Booked for a end of tenancy cleaning weeks in advance. On the scheduled day they cancel without prior notice, leaving us very little time to find a replacement. Very unprofessional.
Got an end of tenancy clean at a reasonable price and the cleaners appeared to do a good job. HOWEVER, the check-out report highlighted a load of issues: - Shower tiles were not descaled; - Shower head was not cleaned or descaled; - All the metal blinds were full of dirt/grease; - Crevice mould was left in the windows; - Knobs of the oven were not cleaned; - The oven was not fully cleaned: marks remained on the inside of the oven; - The storage draw of the oven wasn't cleaned; - The plinth of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned; - The front of the dishwasher had marks; - The washing machine draw wasn't cleaned - The carpet was not fully steam cleaned: marks and streaks are still visible - The guard for the extractor fan was broken; - The base of the shower was dented; When I raised these with the management team I was told that they would come back on the Sunday. Guess what? They never turned up.....so much for that 72 hour guarantee. As a result, I had to clean all the above myself. I got back in touch (via email and 2 voicemails) and I'm still yet to hear anything from Mo and Amy. The only reason they get a 2 is because the actual cleaners were nice people who tried to do their job UPDATE: In response to Target - the booking was under Kristy Yiu for 65 Castelnau, Barnes. Still waiting for that response.....
