Very arrogant owner desperate to sell his wares which are priced well above market rates. Tries hard to come across and guise as a polished Britisher but has a giveaway hopeless Asian accent & a petty attitude & demeanour which are most probably due to any basic education. Was very snappy and became foul mouthed and almost smashed the glass on his own door as he dismissed my partner today when he got a justified mouthful for showing aggression & rudeness just because he didn’t get a sale today. These are competitive business times & business owners have to show professionalism, decency, etiquette & a bit of humility - if they are to seek customer goodwill & prospect of any business.
