Owner is simply out to get as much money as possible. Definitely not worth it unless you wish to get overcharged. Eventually got job done for 120 to include the tap! SwlondonPlumbing quoted me almost 300 for the same job! Total waste of my time. Rip off merchants should not be allowed to get away with ridiculas overcharging. Total disgrace towards this industry. Do not use. Dan the manager says that I verbally abused him, I think he verbally abused me by trying to over charge me for a simple job of kitchen tap replacement. The rates are not competitive, if you, Dan, think overcharging customers nearly 300 for a tap replacement is competitive, then you are very much living in another planet. As a landlord of multiple properties I know when I am being unfairly charged, even if others do not. Your job quoted at 300 (verbal quotation given over the phone, for two hours labour! On 3/sep/20) I got completed at 120, work that one out!!

I used this guys , I found them very expensive they seems to drag the time on and on trying to investigate and the work is very poor twice we had a leak in different building they have attended they refuse to wear masks or glove nor comply with our covid 19 protocol which I found very unprofessional I have clear instructions never to use this company you want professional people get yourself pimlico plumber.
