Sandra and her hubby have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to deal with - fabulous customer service! As a first time parent, I wasn’t sure what products to purchase, how to use them, and if I was missing anything important. Sandra provided tailored advice and took the time to explain how each item worked, pros and cons of specific products and provided amazing tips - the tailored attention is especially appreciated during these covid times when I’m unable to pop down to the store and see the products for my self. Also love the what’s app service, it makes the whole process of ordering even easier. My baby isn’t due till later on but from what I can tell the products are really high quality and I look forward to using them.

Excellent professional advice The store owner Michel delivered personally and his colleague even carried babies crib up four flights of stairs (with suitable PPE and social distancing of course). Michel was then immediately available to support queries on installation. Cannot recommend highly enough, very happy customers
