I had an ear infection so I rang my GP yesterday morning. There was a small wait and the receptionist answered and was very friendly and efficient and arranged for the doctor to call me back. Dr May called me back that afternoon and after a quick chat she asked me to come in within two hours. At the GP I only had to wait a few minutes before she called my name. Dr May did a short check and was really kind and welcoming. She prescribed me some ear drops. Unfortunately at the pharmacy I was told there is a supply shortage and I couldn’t get the ear drops. I rang the GP back and explained. The receptionist was again friendly and called back within an hour to tell me Dr May had sent another prescription to my pharmacy. I collected it this morning. All in all I’m really pleased with this GP - they are friendly and I had my issue resolved within the day! Thanks so much.

I (& my 16 yr old daughter) have been with this surgery for well over 20 years and have come across many superb doctors. These are difficult times and Stockwell Group Practice never fail to impress me with their genuine , above & beyond care,the services they offer, their patience & efficiency . Hats off to them ! They do a difficult job and it is far too easy to leave a negative review - I for one am very grateful for the care my daughter and I have received over the years. So Thank You Stockwell Group Practice -it is very much appreciated !

This practice is very good indeed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the doctors are caring and knowledgeble. I wish all GP surgeries were this good. I would give them an Outstanding review. Thank you to everyone at Stockwell Group Practice for being there when my Mum needs you.

Excellent doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals like most of the NHS, but the reception staff are abysmal, lazy and rude. Unfortunately you need to interact with them to book an appointment or get anything done now that online booking has gone down.

I’ve been going here for over 20 years staff are rude and have become complacent, they get away with being rude cause the practice manager is even ruder, if you ask them a question they speak to you like you are bothering them, look how many bad reviews they get and haven’t changed. The only thing that is keeping them from being investigated for customer service standards is that they are excellent doctor and nurses. Receptionist are so rude. Yes Marline and back of house receptionist we are all talking about you.
