A very discrete building by all means. It blends in with all the other surrounding buildings with it's retro red brick look; you could easily pass it, if not for it's flags. I needed their services to renew my daughter's passport. There was somewhat of a disorderly queue outside of the building but some how the Consulate was able to maintain some type of order. They took the pandemic seriously and took the necessary steps to ensure everyone remained safe. The service was speedy and efficient.

Had an appointment for acquiring a Highly Qualified Professional Visa. All the staff were very nice and prompt.

Both the consulate and Embassy are shut at the moment, even though nothing on the website. Yet their appointment system is still open and people turn up with appointments to be told they can't be seen. Yes I understand about COVID. but get the site up to date and give us the alternatives. I had to go up to London yesterday for a Life Certificate only to find both Peel Street, and Draycott Place were closed. I can't even do this by post because there is no-one in the places to collect and process the correspondence. If I don't return it by end of March I could lose my pension, really disgusting service to people.

The worst experience every while trying to renew Spanish passport. If not Spanish consulates in Rome and Vilnius, who have explained step by step, we would not have done it. They have refused writing back in English and explaining in English. We do not speak Spanish only because the life has happened
