I was Overcharged by 40% to send PPE to people that needed it. My small packages should have been classed as small letters but instead were classed as large letters, they clearly and is easily fitted through the cashiers hole. All other post offices I have used within a 15 mile radius charged 100 for the service over the last 4 months and you charged 140!!! I’m absolutely appalled that during this torrid time even normal, everyday, simple services try to take advantage to make a quick buck. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The lady at the front is very friendly and helpful so I extend my thanks to her, however, after waiting 40 minutes to print the label at the back (and being charged 40p) I thanked the man who printed it and went to the counter. The man serving me was reluctant to give me a bit of sellotape to stick the label on my package. He gave me a finished one and said oh well you'll have to buy some... REALLY??? Again the lady at the front helped out and stuck it on for me.
