It's the first time when I have a nightmare experience at a hair salon. I have never thought I will experience something like this.. I'm a easy customer.. I asked for size 3 on the sides and back and scissors on the front. The hairdresser used the machine instead to shorten my front hair. I asked him again to use scissors but he said it's not his thing to use scissors.. I was confident that he knows what he's doing but at the end his colleague looked at me and him with pitty. The hairdresser left me some red stinging lines as well on my forehead as he was pressing too hard with his one blade machine to do me a fringe I didn't asked for. Sooo he left me with 3-4 cm long hair on the top of my head and less then 1cm fringe. I paid 15 for the trouble and went to a real hairdresser to rectify... I've been hair groomed at home by my girlfriend as well but I have never had so much hair damage like today... Avoid at all costs..

For context, I’m a woman. I really enjoy getting my hair cut here. Seth cuts really well and he takes care in giving me a cut which I’ll like; anything as long as it’s feminine. He doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been here twice, once unannounced (Tuesday afternoon) and I waited about 15mins. The second time I booked an appointment and was seen within a few mins of my appointment time. Thus, the service is reliable and friendly.
