Very glad I found this! I’ve been looking for a good smoked meats spot and though Spitalfields is a ways from it, the trip was worth it. Got a large mixed (12) and a regular brisket (10). All meats were tender but also bursting with flavor! The bread is a good consistency and doesn’t fall apart from the meat when eating. I’m returning soon!!

One of the best meat sandwiches in London! Definitely a stop if you are around Spitalfields Market. It is very filling and delicious flavour. It is mostly meat, but it's cooked to perfection, and the simplicity is what makes it great.
I have been in smokoloko many times and I have tried everything: rumpsteak, brisket and chicken. I would suggest to everyone the mixed brisket and rumpsteak regular size especially if your reply going to work after lunch :). The smoked meat is so good. If you are not convinced the chef allows you to taste it. There is often queue.
If you fancy chewing on some tough as leather steak then this is your place.
Good amount of meat for the price you pay (8), and you have a good number of bbq sauces you can choose to add to your flatbread sandwich. Downside is that the meats are not freshly served and come slightly lukewarm, also having not much innate flavor. But it fills you up.
