The shisha is IMMACULATE! The food is TO DIE FOR! Velislava was my server, she's such a lovely person. She treated my friend and I with respect and was kind throughout. I recommend this place 100%

Person serving us was extremely rude and impatient !. I was in a group of 3 and 4 white females came after and were seated before us and then when we asked how comes these females who arrived after us were seated before us. The staff replied back rudely “why you asking me ?” And basically told us to hurry up and make up our mind if we want to wait or leave

Great service and vibes here. Shisha a bit too pricey considering it burnt through after 30 mins and they suggested we pay for a new head. Food is quality!

Worst place for a shisha or food I've ever seen. I was waiting in line to be seated for around 15 minutes, then spoke to a guy who said they'll find me a seat. 5 minutes later the people behind us end up getting seats before us. I told one of the staff members who noticed, he shouted at his staff members for not tending to us, then found us some seats, but went storming off without giving us a menu. We waited around 45 minutes in which time we spoke to different staff members asking for a menu. After a while I ask the people who were making the shisha is it okay if we just get 1 shisha pipe with any flavour doesn't matter which one... They replied we don't do shisha at this time of night as they are too many orders... It was clear they couldn't handle the workload of a normal shisha lounge, and the staff were painfully horrible and ignored everything we asked for even if it was a menu, I still didn't receive a menu in the hour that I was there. Can you believe going to restaurant and asking for a menu then not receiving any. I understand not getting food, but not getting a menu... To call itself a shisha lounge or a restaurant is a mockery to those who actually are.
