Sleep School

A complete waste of money - if you want to pay good money to be told you should drink less coffee go to bed earlier and every other sound bite and catch phrase on sleeep - knock yourself out !

I booked the day course but didn't return after lunch because I found it such a waste of time. I wanted to learn ways to improve my sleep but it was more of a support group for people with mental health problems. The instructor wasn't very inspiring and used the 'course' to plug their 1:1 private work and books. As it's called a 'school' you'd expect to learn something but it wasn't a teaching/educational environment at all. They're also very dogmatic about mindfulness; everything else is wrong or a 'prop'. A total waste of time and money - I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a 1:1 appointment with the Sleep School and found it really helpful for helping me change my attitude towards sleep, and consequently I am sleeping much more easily! I haven't had a sleepless night in a long time. At first I found it difficult to fully understand and implement the technique of 'not trying to get to sleep', but the Sleep School answered all my emails over the following weeks after the appointment, and helped me to understand. Definitely worth the money for me.
